Our Story
From America to Romania — one yes at a time.
We had a home. We had comfort. We had the ease of grocery stores open past midnight and neighbors who spoke our language. But we also had a calling that would not let us sleep.
So we packed what mattered, said goodbye to what didn't, and moved our family across an ocean to Romania — a place where poverty isn't a headline, it's a neighbor. Where abandoned children aren't statistics, they're the kids who show up at our door hungry.
Every day here is a choice to stay. The winters are harder. The language is still a fight. The support network we took for granted in the States is thousands of miles away. But when a child who hasn't eaten in two days looks up at you with hope — you remember why you came.
We don't do this alone. We do it because people like you believe that one family's yes can change another family's forever.
